Valet Parking

MercyOne North Iowa is pleased to offer free parking to all patients and guests at all MercyOne locations. For your convenience, Valet Parking Service is available at MercyOne at the Main Entrance. This entrance is located on the south side of the hospital. Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (except holidays.)

Valet parking is a free service to our patients and guests; tips cannot be accepted. If you have any questions, please call 641-428-7000. In the event that you are unable to pick up your vehicle by 5:00 p.m., it will be moved close to the main entrance. Please use the telephone at the main information desk in the main south lobby and dial “0” for assistance in retrieving your keys
