Pre-Op
When you and your surgeon have decided to move forward with spine surgery, you’ll receive detailed information on what to expect. You can also enroll in our supportive email series. This email series helps you prepare for surgery, in knowing what to expect and providing resources throughout your recovery. Our patients have expressed their appreciation in having this connection to their care team and guidance throughout their spine surgery journey.

Spine Surgery
Your care team will work with your spine surgeon to make you comfortable and confident on surgery day. Soon your pain-ridden back or neck will be pain free! During your hospital stay, our care coordination and therapy team will help evaluate your progress and will help connect you to further resources if you need additional care before returning to your daily activities.
Post-Surgery Care
You aren’t alone when you leave the hospital after spine surgery. Our spine navigator will check in with you to make sure you are healing, moving and on track with recovery.
Your provider will determine if outpatient physical therapy is needed for you as part of your recovery. We encourage you to discuss this with your surgeon prior to surgery and to make your outpatient physical therapy appointment ahead of time.
