Language Assistance
MercyOne offers free of charge language interpretation services and assistive communication equipment to patients, family members or employees upon request.
Our interpreters are specially trained to work in a health care, and are required to have a thorough understanding of current medical terminology. In addition, staff must comply with patient/provider confidentiality policies and meet quality assurance criteria.
