MyChart

If you are a MercyOne patient and visit any of our clinics in northeast Iowa, MyChart is an online tool that gives you a safe and convenient way to access your personal health information. You can:

• Schedule appointments with your favorite MercyOne providers reserved exclusively for MyChart users.
• See test results quickly.
• Request medication refills.
• Ask questions and receive messages from your providers.
• Review providers’ notes from previous visits.
• Pay bills.
• View upcoming appointments with MercyOne providers and specialists.

Sign up for MyChart

• Call your provider's office to request an activation code.
• Once you have received a code, follow this link and follow the prompts.
• If you do not have a primary care provider or need an activation code, click this link to complete the form. Your activation code will be sent to the address you provided within five days.
