Curriculum
The content of our internal medicine residency training is specified by the Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education and the American Board of Internal Medicine. Each rotation is designed to meet accreditation and board standards.
The clinical curriculum of the internal medicine residency program is divided in four-week blocks for a total of 13 blocks.
First Year

10 weeks Internal Medicine Ambulatory Clinic
4 weeks ICU
2 weeks Emergency Medicine
2 weeks Elective
2 weeks Radiology
4 weeks Hospice/Palliative Medicine

Second and Third Years
20 weeks Inpatient Internal Medicine
8 weeks Night Float

16 weeks Internal Medicine Ambulatory Clinic
