Dr. Martin Meindl went into health care to help people specifically, the pediatric population. He was inspired to enter the medial field because of his family's personal experience with his brother who was diagnosed with polio at age 5; just one year before the polio vaccine became available. During medical school, his first pediatric instructor assigned him to give a presentation on polio. This experience helped him to know that everything about the path he was taking felt naturally aligned. He has been committed to pediatric care ever since.
