Make a Donation to the MercyOne Central Iowa Colleague Care Fund
Last year, MercyOne launched the Colleague Care fund, which is focused on supporting MercyOne employees’ emotional, physical and spiritual health. The program provides and communicates resources which support the natural recovery process, mitigate the development of behavioral health disorders and provide care for our employees during this time. Examples of restorative activities funded through the Colleague Care program include sponsoring online opportunities for off-time decompression including online activities, providing relaxation/meditation/prayer and mental health resources, surprising departments with “spontaneous” treats and more.
