Visiting hours to most hospital units are 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. daily. Friends and family may call patients at 515-358-8000 and ask to be transferred to the patient's room. The switchboard will not release private room or phone numbers.

We are a 146-bed, full-service community hospital. We offer a 24/7 emergency department and a nursery and birthing unit enhanced by a Level II NICU. You’ll also find surgery, orthopedic/joint replacement, cardiac catheterization and medical imaging services, among others.

Together with MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center, we employ more than 7,000 colleagues and a medical staff of almost 1,500 physicians and allied health professionals, MercyOne is one of Iowa’s largest employers.

MercyOne Medical Group Iowa is one of Iowa’s largest multispecialty clinic systems, made up of more than 250 primary care, pediatric, internal medicine and specialty clinics located across Iowa and beyond.
