Instructor-Led Clinical Group Coordination

  1. For college coordinators requesting group placement, submit a Clinical Request Form. You will receive an email when the placement is approved.


     
  2. After acceptance/approval, please complete this confirmation spreadsheet to document pre-placement requirements, and email to Allison.Heit@mercyhealth.com


     
  3. Once placement is approved and pre-requisites are confirmed online orientation will need to be completed by the student. Students will not be allowed to perform direct patient care and student passcodes will not be issued until completed.
