Honor your provider with a donation

With a tax-deductible donation to MercyOne Des Moines Foundation, you can further honor your own 
Angel of Mercy while also supporting the lifesaving work that takes place at MercyOne every day.

Once your donation is received, the featured honoree(s) is presented with a card informing them of your thoughtful gift as well as a custom pin to wear, which recognizes them for this honor. You may also choose to tell your story of care, which will be shared with your doctor.

We want to hear your story

You can recognize the physician, nurse, technologist, caregiver, housekeeper, volunteer, chaplain or other team member who made an impact during a previous visit. By sharing your story, you let them know their work is important to you, and you support them in providing excellent care to others in need. You can either share your story by emailing foundation@mercydesmoines.org or a member of the MercyOne Des Moines Foundation team will reach out to you after making a gift.
